Program Overview
- 12 Week session
- 3 days a week: Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:00-6:00 am; Saturdays: 8:00-9:00 am
We use kettlebells to increase endurance, flexibility, and strength simultaneously. This results in a high-output interval workout which gives you the best results for your effort. Not only will you use your fat resources to feed your workout, you'll be building stronger, leaner muscle which will in turn raise your metabolism and continue to burn your extra fat – even when you're not working out. When your focused work in this early-morning session is partnered with the right nutritional program, you'll see dramatic results.

The DKB Boot Camp package includes
- 3 weekly focused, challenging and high-spirited workouts
