dkb Boot Camp
Santa Fe's best designed boot camp, featuring kettlebell, focuses on both fitness and nutrition to drive home results for people who are serious about losing weight and inches.
In just 6 weeks, motivated dkb Boot Camp Members will:

- 3 days a week (early morning + evening sessions available)
We use kettlebells and other cutting edge fitness tools to increase endurance, flexibility, and strength simultaneously. This results in a high-output interval workout which gives you the best results for your effort. Not only will you use your fat resources to feed your workout, you'll be building stronger, leaner muscle which will in turn raise your metabolism and continue to burn your extra fat – even when you're not working out. When your focused work in this dkb Boot Camp session is partnered with the right nutritional program, you'll see dramatic results.

The dkb Boot Camp package includes:
- Level I Skills Training where you will learn the kettlebell movements you will use throughout the program as well as in regularly scheduled classes.
- Three (3) weekly focused, challenging and high-spirited workouts
- Goal setting workbook to help members determine what you will accomplish during the program
- A recommended eating plan and nutritional support
- Before & after pictures and measurements
- Membership in our online dkb Community: a virtual community of dkb Members who are working to reach their own body transformation goals
- Access to home/hotel workouts to keep you moving if you miss a class.
- Invitation to attend the regular weekly classes offered in the dkb Studio during the 6 week session in addition to the 3 boot camp classes

- Morning: Tuesday + Thursday 5:00am - 6:00am, Saturday 8:00am - 9:00am
- Evening: Tuesday + Thursday 6:30pm - 7:30pm, Saturday 8:00am - 9:00am
