dkb Class Descriptions
Go Ballistic Highest intensity cardio class. It combines movement drills (agility, jumping) with kettlebell and bodyweight resistance exercises. Nonstop action.
Reshape Medium-High intensity cardio class. Reshape combines kettlebell/bodyweight resistance and stability drills with core and cardio. Light jumping (with available substitutes) is possible.
Support Low to moderate cardio. Support focuses on utilizing the base kettlebell stance to maximum effect. Strength, stability and core development are the major emphases. Double kettlebell drills are introduced. No jumping.
Heavy Metal Limited to members with Level 2 skills. Our lowest-intensity cardio class, Heavy Metal employs maximum resistance via bands, bodyweight, tire flips and loads of cast-iron (kettlebells). Double kettlebell drills are a fixture.
Cardio TRX Alternating intervals of TRX straps (for work on balance, strength, and intense core activation) and Bodyweight/Kettlebell cardio.
DKB Flow Vynasa style Yoga class. Work up a sweat as we move through Sun Salutations and various standing poses before delving into deeper stretching poses.
