You must be a current member (in good standing) throughout the hours qualification period and have achieved Skills Level II to participate in the DKB Stars and Bars program. We recommend that you participate in at least 25 hours of DKB classes or programs prior to taking the White Star test and that you have attended at least 25 hours of DKB classes or programs between each rank (star or bar) achieved.
