Search the FAQ for entries containing:
You must have a current membership status in order to reserve classes, so this means that either your card has expired or been depleted (if you are a 10 Card Member) or that your Credit/Debit Card information is not current and so your recurring charge could not be processed, thus letting your membership expire and blocking you from the system. At this point, you may click on "Buy: Classes" and choose the package you would like to purchase (see Membership Packages & Fees for more details) and enter your Credit/Debit Card information into the system, you may also choose to allow the system to save your information to avoid having to repeat this process. As soon as your transaction has processed, you will be unblocked and will be able to reserve and attend classes as long as your membership remains current.
