To cancel your membership, submit a cancellation request in writing (email is preferred) to mailto:membership@dkbfitness.com or delivered to the studio. We will cancel the recurring charges and your membership will end on the last day of the current membership period, as long as we receive your cancellation request at least 10 days prior to the next recurring charge date.


Your membership is good through the current pay period. We do not offer refunds.
