For physical injuries, we will certainly put your membership on hold. If you're a Membership Pass member, this means that upon request, we'll add the time you were out for recovery to the end of your membership period and extend it the length you were gone before you're charged again. For members who pay monthly, this means prorating your "next" payment and taking into account the amount of time you were on hold and/or, if necessary, stopping the monthly recurring fee until you're able to return. If you have a 10 Card, this means that we will "stop the clock" on your card until you're ready to come back to the studio. (For instance, if you have 3 weeks left to use the remaining classes on your card prior to your injury, upon your return to the studio, you'll still have 3 weeks to use the remaining classes, even if the card was supposed to have expired.)
