Meaghan Hennelly, RKC

Before finding DKB, Meaghan’s exercise regime consisted of an occasional hike, bike ride, or walk – nothing too strenuous. She participated in 2-3 yoga classes a week but wasn’t overly committed to making sure she actually got to class. Meaghan joined DKB in 2009. Her initial goal was simply to be more active and lead a healthier lifestyle. She quickly moved from a few classes a week to 5 or more, celebrating her new-found strength and health. After kick-starting her body transformation with DKB’s first ever 24 Day Challenge, Meaghan lost 15 pounds and has sculpted her physique into that of an athlete’s.

Meaghan had never considered herself an athlete but kettlebell and DKB changed her perception. She committed to getting her RKC in June 2010 and passed with accolades. Since that event, Meaghan has finally found the athletic confidence she once lacked and believes that she can tackle anything she puts her mind to. Kettlebell has literally transformed her life.

As a DKB Member, Meaghan showed up to DKB classes focused and intensely committed to achieving her own athletic goals. In her transition to DKB Trainer, she is now committed to helping DKB Members find their inner athletes.
