Group classes are perfect for our members who have a competitive edge, who are encouraged by team work, and who recognize that at-home fitness programs challenge even the most focused athlete.
To attend a group class, you must have participated in the prerequisite Skills Training Course and have a Membership Pass or a Drop-In Package.
