Group Classes
With at least 25 classes a week (and growing!) that vary in theme, skills-focus and length, you’re sure to find a class that is ideal to your schedule and goals. Group classes are perfect for our members who have a competitive edge, who are encouraged by team work, and who recognize that at-home fitness programs challenge even the most focused athlete.

To attend a group class, you must have participated in the prerequisite Skills Training Course and have a Membership Pass or a Drop-In Package.

Get Started! Sign up for the next Fundamentals Skills Training Course, the prerequisite for all Dynamic Kettlebell classes. This class is offered approximately 1x per month. To sign up, click here to send Keira an email message.

 

Private Sessions
Keira offers private and semi-private sessions geared to your individual goals and needs. We recommend private sessions for our members who prefer one-on-one training, who have particular scheduling needs or who have certain focus areas that warrant direct attention.
