“Let me start by saying that, prior to joining DKB, I had not had any form of "workout" in over a year, had never been able to do a push-up (much less a burpee), and had the cardiovascular fitness of Jaba the Hut. Since joining DKB, I have lost 25lbs, dropped from a size 13 to a size 3, gained strength, speed, endurance, and overall health-----and I have Keira, and DKB Fitness, to thank for that.
I am not one to stick with any kind of physical activity, as it usually grows boring and my motivation slips away, but I cannot get enough of this exciting and ever challenging form of exercise. I never dreamed that I could be one of those people who actually crave their exercise.
